We envision a Jordan where every young person becomes a leader of change  a nation where poverty is not a destiny, fairness is a right for all, and the earth is treated with respect. In this future, children and youth are empowered to dream boldly and act compassionately. They see challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities to make a difference. Jordan becomes a place where communities are strong, voices are heard equally, and growth happens hand-in-hand with sustainability. Through creativity, empathy, and action, young people will help build a just, inclusive, and thriving Jordan for everyone.

Our mission is to equip children and youth across Jordan with the tools, confidence, and support to identify problems in their communities and design real solutions. We work to reduce poverty by encouraging innovative thinking and community action. We promote social justice by teaching values of equality, inclusion, and respect. We support environmental sustainability by engaging young people in protecting natural resources and promoting green practices. Through the Feel, Imagine, Do, Share framework, Design for Change Jordan empowers the next generation to believe in their ability to create change  for themselves, their communities, and their country.
