Shirine Al Khudari is an experienced Jordanian educator and consultant with over 31 years of experience in school leadership, curriculum design, and teacher development. She is the Founder and Academic Director of Alef School of Nature, a progressive, nature-based learning institution that promotes student empowerment and ethical leadership. Alef is the exclusive certified provider in the region of the Riverside I CAN Early Years program.
Shirine is also the Jordan Global Partner for Design for Change, training educators and students in Design Thinking using the FIDS methodology. Her expertise spans IB education, school inspection, and board governance, and she has held leadership roles in both local and international school systems.
