TEACHER ENGAGEMENT

ENGAGEMENT AND GROUPING

Event starts with an engaging icebreaker to foster connections among facilitators. Facilitators are grouped by entities, with members from diverse backgrounds for enriching exchanges.

DISCUSSION TOPICS

Groups rotate through addressing key topics including transferring skills to children and youth, cultivating a positive environment, and maintaining motivation in DFC implementation.

LOGISTICS AND METHODOLOGY

Quiet outdoor venues enhance concentration and a change of scenery. Exchanges and testimonies ignite curiosity, encouraging increased involvement in the DFC process.

CONSOLIDATION AND SHARING

Best practices are consolidated and displayed, allowing facilitators to familiarize themselves with and contribute to discussions, leading to shared information for all participants.

CLOSING THE LOOP
